General admission tickets are $20 per person on Eventbrite. Each ticket includes 1 free child entry per ticket. Bike show entry is $100 per approved bike and includes admission for one registered participant. Bike show entries are application-first; approved participants will receive payment instructions after review.

Yes. The Fall Showcase is built for families, riders, local businesses, nonprofits, and the Fayetteville community. Expect field activities, food, vendors, raffles, giveaways, and live entertainment throughout the afternoon.

Service animals are always welcome. General pet guidance will be announced closer to the event so we can keep guests, families, dogs, and the venue safe and comfortable.

Visit the Bike Show page and submit the bike application form. The bike show is curated and application-first. Approved participants will receive payment, staging, and arrival instructions after review.

How do I become a vendor or partner?

Vendors and partners use separate forms. Vendors are businesses or individuals looking to sell products, food, apparel, or services at the event. Partners are organizations, sponsors, nonprofits, donors, service providers, media partners, or community groups looking to support, resource, promote, or help operate the event. Submit the correct form on the Vendors or Partners page. The CK9 team will review submissions and follow up with next steps.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking around Segra Stadium is free on weekends. There is a parking garage and several lots within a short walk of the stadium.
